Meet Representative Michael Chaisson 

Michael S. Chaisson is currently serving his first term  as the State Representative for the 1st Bristol District, proudly serving the communities of Foxboro, Mansfield, and Norton.

Michael owns and operates Chaiss Construction, a residential remodeling business that gave him firsthand experience with small business owners' challenges. As a small business owner, he has learned the importance of practical solutions, attention to detail, and efficient resource use, which guides his approach to public service. He has used his business background to bring a pragmatic perspective to the State House, always focused on making government work for the people.

 

Before being elected to the Massachusetts Legislature, Michael served on the Foxborough Advisory Board. His time on the Board reminded him of the importance of elected officials being deeply connected to their communities and prioritizing their constituents' needs.

As State Representative, Michael will strive to make government a tool for improving the everyday lives of residents by advocating for policies that drive economic growth, support local businesses, and enhance the quality of life for all. He is committed to ensuring that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and focused on addressing the needs of his district.
